Primary Responsibilities:

Human Resource Consulting Services, including reorganization; training and development; benefits; employee communication; employee relations; policy writing; department foundation design; support for small to mid-size companies. 

 

Recruiting Consulting Services, create job requisitions and descriptions; identify, capture, and interview candidates; recommend placement and consult with management team; source, screen and interview candidates (EEO and ADA compliance); coordinate interviews with managers; develop sources for recruitment efforts—job fairs, internet sourcing, referral programs, advertisements, professional relationships with college campuses, etc.; conduct reference and background checks; prepare and extend job offers; and new-hire process including orientation.
