Provide education on all aspects of Employee Benefits programs to clients and employees - benefits, administration, compliance; Solicit, analyze and prepare vendor proposals; Ensure all new plan deliverables are met in a timely and accurate fashion resulting in quality driven account set-up.

Prior to joining Independent Benefit Services, Mr. Ramsburg has held several senior level positions in the employee benefits area for Cigna Health as the Senior Client Manager, NYLCare Health Programs as the Director of Large Group Sales, The Travelers Insurance Company as the Director, New Business, Managed Care and Employee Benefits in addition to Chief Underwiter and Manager, National Accounts.
