Primary contact for superior customer service and support; responsible for new business development and client retention. Provide education on all aspects of Employee Benefits programs to clients and employees - benefits, administration, compliance; Solicit, analyze and prepare vendor proposals; Ensure all new plan deliverables are met in a timely and accurate fashion resulting in quality driven account set-up.

Employment History
Prior to joining Independent Benefit Services, Mr. Crawford has held several senior level positions in the employee benefits area, most recently as Vice President of Sales for Group Dental Service (GDS) a regional dental insurance company. Before joining GDS he held the position of Vice President Mid-Atlantic Region for Wachovia Insurance Services, a division of Wachovia Bank.
